The Web Projects

Graham was an early adopter (no pun intended) of emerging technology in child welfare. He built his first database for caseload management in 1986, and many web sites in the adoption and foster care field in the later decades. His current project sites are highlighted below. CAKIDSCONNECTION is the adoption matching site for the State of California. The first such site in the country serving foster children in need of permanent familes.
